Tom Furey Memorial Trust

Tom lived just up the road from myself and surprisingly even though we both shared similar outdoor activities and hobbies I didn’t get to meet the main man till covid lockdowns with walking our dogs and soon became good friends with him.
He was always asking how Vinyl Bear was doing and was often seen with one of our bobble hats and I was super impressed with what Tom was planning with his Bunkhouse and adventures.
Unfortunately in 2022 Tom departed this world and left a huge hole in his family, friends and the outdoors world.
A trust has now been set up to honour his legacy and to help people with the advancement of education and training, in the skills necessary for safe walking and mountaineering, in particular but not exclusively through the provision of grants to those experiencing financial hardship to enable them to access training in walking and mountaineering.

Clothing

We are helping out the trust the best way we can which of course is some awesome clothing!!
Along with Filament Creative who have helped design some great designs you can find some special clothing helping to advertise the memorial trust and also help raise money for the charity.
Money raised of the sale of this clothing will go the Memorial Trust.
